Hi. My sis bought a huge bottle of coconut milk/oil. It doesn't give directions as to how to use it. I've used it on my skin, eaten a lil bit & put some in my hair, Guess you gotta wash it out. What's the best way to use it in your hair? Today I spoke w/ 2 Asians but I'm not exactly sure how to use it... One said to cook it :s What are some of the best ways that you've used it in your hair (so that I can use the best method for me) ? Also, what does it do for your skin? They told me u can massage it in to ur hair. Ty in advance :)

I totally identify with this! And I secretly love being an introverts- it's like being in a secret club where you observe others, listen and just be comfortable with your own company.

People find it hard to believe I'm an introvert too! I always tell them- I'm introverted but certainly not shy !!

I've applied 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon honey, and left it on for an hour. I did this twice in one week since my hair cuticles are terribly frayed & don't lie flat. The second application is when I noticed a difference. My hair wasn't as frizzy and looked better, however, both times I've used it my hair was not contitioned at all afterwards. It wasn't as easy to comb, some snarls, and it didnt feel soft at all. I used so much conditioner in the shower on my hair because I knew it needed a lot. Why do so many claim it makes their hair silky, soft and tangle free? It does not! It only repairs it, which is good enough for me.

I absolutely swear by Coconut oil and use it everywhere! It works wonders on my fine curls.
I've purchased a tin of coconut milk and am going to use that tonight and will report back my results tomorrow if you like.

GABY I think the issue with not eating breakfast is that people who don't eat it will then have cravings and eat fatty/sugary foods. But if you are on a meal plan where the foods are already picked, I think it doesn't really matter what you have for breakfast. And by skipping a meal you prolong the over-night calorie burn.

I thought this looked somewhat OK except for breakfast - isn't it supposed to be the most important meal of the day?! - but when, at the end, you mentioned no snack - NOOOO!!!
