Oh, haven’t we all seen it – the guy with good posture, nice clothes and fancy gadgets, but with a face so haggard, he looks like he just came back from a week-long party binge? Unfortunately, even perfect hygiene and good grooming cannot always give us the fresh-face look, and that’s when makeup comes in! I [...] Do you remember when years ago L’oreal released their series of eye-shadow trios, that were ment for certain eye colors? Doutzen Kroes represented the blue-eyed girls, Milla Jovovich hazel-eyed, and Penelope Cruz the brown-eyed girls. I was very much fascinated by the idea of having ready-to-wear eyeshadow to match my brown eyes, so I rushed [...] Very rarely do i fall in love with a makeup item so much, that I am ready to order it even from e-bay, just to get my greedy paws on it. But I was just amazed with the idea of a fresh, sparkly, peachy makeup for this season, and Coffret D’Or “beauty C curve eyes” [...] Yesterday Urban Decay send me their newsletter already advertising their Fall collection goodies, including a “nude palette” is quite gloomy colors. I was like “awww it’s end of summer season already? *sigh*”. My favorite makeup is always summer collections – I just can’t buy into the gloom of Fall/Winter colors, and I loath the weird [...] You know how it is sometimes… All just goes wrong, oh so unreasonably wrong. For me, it’s the case of my first experience with The FaceShop. I got word, that they are not testing on animals (which later turned out to be only “not test final products on animals), so I decided to give the [...] Someone requested me on formspring to do an entry on basic eye-shadow brushes, but I thought why not take it to the next level and share with you girls what I have learned over the years about how to spot a good eye shadow, and how to apply it for the best effect.
