I know I only write good stuff about Singapore, and probably with my levels of enthusiasm it’s already a bit suspicious, so I guess I will be excused to do a little whiny rant on a topic that is so close to my hears… I’m talking about CAKE. Cakes, tortes or gateau… in Singapore they are [...] UPDATE: the evening following this post, I went to Vivo to get my OiO fix, and it looked like they closed their branch there. GAH! I post about it, and it closes down… I’m cursed. FML. This blog is inevitably becoming a snack/muffin/ice-cream blog xD But it can’t be helped! I might love makeup and style, [...] I love muffins. Ok, I love cupcakes more, but just a bit more. So I will never turn down an opportunity to nom nom a good muffin . And that’s why I simply cannot resist Muffin Man. It’s a small muffin outlet located in the China Square complex, and I tell you, they sell one [...] I have not been visiting many new ice-cream joints since the discovery of Ice-Cream Kingdom. Unfortunately ICK is located in Dover, and with me living in North-East, it’s just a bit far to travel to, just to get dessert. But I do happen to be in East Coast region for work, so one of those [...] Whenever I go hunting for clothes, I’m always a bit disheartened with the abundance of lose fitting dresses and the lately ubiquitous empire-waist. I might be a bit curvy girl, but I do have a nice waist, but no chance to show it off – because it seems the clothes nowadays are designed to camouflage [...] Having food obsessions is seriously no good One of those days, I am quite sure, I will walk into my neighborhood food court, and hear someone say “hey, look! I guess it comes with my Eastern European heritage . But it’s not like I don’t like rice! But to be honest, in Europe it’s eaten in a totally different way than in Singapore. It all started few months ago, when I was waiting for a bus, and there is this girl… staring at me. Ok, I’m cool with that (in fact, I stare sometimes too ;D). So I board [...] After much whining and complaining about how far Ice-Cream Kingdom is from Punggol, I finally hauled my lazy ass to Dover and took the walk in the beautiful neighborhood to Ice-Cream Kingdom.
