Hello and welcome to my blog! I go by the name of Shilka/Angmogirl, and use this blog to express my passion for beauty and style. I am an animal lover, and owner of a very cute kitty-cat called Nenad (Nen for short). If I can, I opt for cosmetics and beauty products not tested on animals.
On daily basis, I work as the main creative person for a small indie startup. In my free time I play MMO games, read books, and draw. I am not a professional artist, but I still love to design, paint and take photos.
I was born in Poland, where I obtained a double masters degree in Political Science and Marketing and Management. I came to Singapore in August 2008, and so far have been loving the experience.

If I ever have to leave to Singapore, I will definitely never ever go back to Poland. Sometimes, just the fact that you were born in a country, won’t make you automatically happy and suitable to live there. I believe it’s sometimes necessary to move and pick a place that you fit in.

I am completely in love with Singapore. I love the weather, love the culture, enjoy the peace and cleanness. I like how everyone is minding their own lives and are not judgmental about other peoples life choices.

Nope, it’s a pseudonym.
